چکیده

Background: Ovarian aging may be reversible. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) has growth factors that promote cellular proliferation and folliculogenesis. Recently published studies case reports suggest ovarian rejuvenation can done by PRP treatment. The objective of the study was to evaluate effect platelet on reserve markers such as anti mullerian hormone (AMH) antral follicle count (AFC) in sub fertile women with poor (POR).Methods: self-controlled quasi experimental carried out 29 reserve. They were selected for laparoscopic tubo-peritoneal evaluation they could not afford vitro fertilization. During laparoscopy, 5 ml pre prepared autologous injected into each ovary. Post-PRP AMH AFC measured at every cycle a period least three (3) months compared base line values. Results: Mean age participants 35.9±3.2 years. Baseline 0.31±0.17 ng/ml baseline 3.41±0.73. raised first, second third from values 58.62%, 86.21% 91.30% population respectively. changes all statistically significant. Pregnancy occurred (10.34%) during period. Conclusions: injection human ovaries is safe procedure improve (AMH AFC) POR.

Anti-Mullerian hormone, inhibin B, and antral follicle count in young women with ovarian failure.

CONTEXT Ovarian dysfunction is classically categorized on the basis of cycle history, FSH, and estradiol levels. Novel ovarian markers may provide a more direct insight into follicular quantity in hypergonadotropic women. OBJECTIVE The objective of the study was to investigate the distribution of novel ovarian markers in young hypergonadotropic women as compared with normogonadotropic regular...

The Correlations of Anti-Mullerian Hormone, Follicle-Stimulating Hormone and Antral Follicle Count in Different Age Groups of Infertile Women

BACKGROUND The objective of our study was to identify the correlations between the tests currently used in ovarian reserve assessment: anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and antral follicle count (AFC) and to distinguish the most reliable markers for ovarian reserve in order to select an adequate strategy for the initial stages of infertility treatment. MATERIALS...

Follicle Stimulating Hormone and Anti-Mullerian Hormone Among Fertile and Infertile Women in Ile-ife, Nigeria: is There a Difference?

Background Reduced ovarian reserve has been known to predict poor ovarian response and poor success rates in infertile women undergoing assisted reproductive technology. Ovarian reserve also decreases with age but the rate of decline defers from a woman to another. The aim of this study was to detect any difference in ovarian reserve as measured by basal serum FSH and AMH between matched cohort...
